4. Review results — Risks rated High, Medium, or Low
5. Take action — Use recommendations in negotiations

Upgrading

Go to Account page from your dashboard to upgrade.

Team (Enterprise)

Add up to 5 team members from the Team page.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to your Account page.
2. If you are on a free or trial plan, you will see the Upgrade Your Plan section with available plans.
3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout to enter your payment details.
4. Once payment is confirmed, your plan is upgraded immediately and you will have access to all features for that tier.

Downgrading Your Plan

1. Go to your Account page.
2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
3. In the portal, click Update plan and select a lower-tier plan.
4. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What Happens When You Downgrade

• Your existing contracts and analysis history are kept and remain accessible.
• If your new plan has a lower analysis limit, you will not be able to run new analyses once you hit that limit until the next billing period or an upgrade.
• Features restricted to higher tiers (e.g., team members, API access, templates) are no longer available.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1. Click Manage Billing on your Account page.
2. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan.
3. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. After cancellation, your account will revert to a limited free tier with access to history only.
